Refund Policy
At Streams of Life Charitable Trust, we deeply appreciate your generosity and commitment to supporting our mission. As a registered charitable organization, donations are generally considered non-refundable. However, we understand that mistakes can happen and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds may be issued if:
- An error occurred during the donation process (e.g., duplicate payment).
- The donation amount was entered incorrectly.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of the original transaction.
How to Request a Refund
Please email us at support@streamsoflife.nz with:
- Your full name
- Donation amount
- Date of transaction
- Reason for the refund request
Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used.
Important Notes
- Donations made intentionally to support our charitable work are not eligible for refund.
